Gdansk sees plenty of football tourists, but it’s to Lechia the majority will go. You should as well, but not before a visit to Stocznowiec. Simply one of the most extraordinary grounds I’ve seen, this lost world of football has everything you could possibly imagine: a post-industrial backdrop, overgrown terraces, military bunkers, and a scoreboard frozen in time.
