Opened in 1925 on the seventh anniversary of Polish independence, this stadium is neither in Poznan nor Warta’s legitimate home. Found in a tiny town by the name of Grodzisk Wielkopolski, Warta’s temporary lodgings though are not short on history – built in 1925, this stadium later served as a rally ground for the Hitler Youth before later starring in Man City’s surprise exit from Europe at the hands of Groclin. Visually enticing, its standout feature is a wooden stand that’s been roped off since 1997.
