With the ground facing the threat of renovation, it’s quite possible that by the time you read this it’ll be completely different to the place that I enjoyed. Hope that’s not the case, for this is one hell of a treasure – and primarily, that’s down to a derelict Communist era grandstand filled with piles of rubble and heaps of leftover rubbish. Clambering around, you can feel the ghosts of yesteryear watching silently from the shadows.
